A sua História é bastante simples...
As "moçoilas" bordavam o seu enxoval , aproveitando todos os fios e Panos que sobravam da confecção do mesmo (toalhas , lençóis, etc. ) fazendo um lenço que davam ao rapaz que traziam no coração e se ele usa-se o lenço que , por ela tinha sido oferecido, a rapariga então podia sonhar com o casamento.
Nos lenços vê-se bastantes erros de português , porque as"bordadeiras" tinham de trabalhar para ajudar em casa e não tinham muito tempo para a escola ,isto aquelas que a podiam frequentar , pois não era raro aquelas que nunca lá entraram.
Esta foi a História que me contaram ...
